Are you a mom, a wife, a worker, a housekeeper and a cook? How do you juggle between these jobs/tasks? Being a FTWM (full time working mom) requires a lot of energy and patience! Kesabaran sgt penting yee.
When you are home after 9-10 hours at d office + getting stuck in d KL traffic, a comfy bed sounds really tempting. But once you reach home, d only "comfort" that you found is d noise of your kids. Do you blame them for getting excited to see you're home? Of course NOt!! But everyday we wish they will behave and leave us alone. Sigh*
This is where patience is important. I do lose my patience once (twice or couple of times?) in a while. kekadang terkeluar jugak temper..but after a while i regret being like that. i tried not to lose my temper but being in tired state made me do so. being at home after work means, you are switched to being a mom, cook and cleaner. Alhamdulillah, i have maid to help out. or else i think i will lose my mind soon enough. After having two kids, i learnt to block out the yelling, noises the kids make. if i attend to each of the yelling, i think i wont survive.
BUT i do love being a mom!

Balik kampung
On the second day of long weekend, we decided to head back to Tampin to visit my grandma. We stayed overnight and planning to stop by Pedas hot spring on the way back to KL.
Unfortunately the next morning, Muqtasaem is down with fever. So we end up 'lepaking' at 'kampung'.

Nadhirah relaxing

the sick boy
Nadhirah was excited to see chickens and ducks at the backyard. She even waved goodbyes to them when we left kampung. So cute!

Aquaria
While most of KLians decided to get out from KL. We decided not to add to d crowd at highways. So where do we go? Aquaria!! Finally. The entrance fee for adult is RM28 for Malaysian. I think it should be cheaper. Luckily d kids are still below 3 so its free entrance for them.
It was not so crowded, so we managed to enjoy most of the exhibits.
Nadhirah was the one who is so excited. She stopped at most of d aquarium n enjoyed watching d fish. She even didn't care if we were not around. Hhmmm..not good.

Muqtasaem on d other hand just took a peek n left. Couldnt been bother to stand n watch too long except for big fish.

At the Amazon area, they have XXXXXXXXL fish. Sooo huge. Ni mau makan sebulan pun tak habis.

Besides fish there are also reptiles n insects area. But its just too many small cages to see. I skipped most of it. Jenuh nak tgk satu2.

The best part was the underwater tunnel. Live sharks!

It was mentioned the size is 30% smaller than the normal size. Pheeww...i thought these could have swallown an adult in a blink. The tunnel is basically the main attraction n also d end of Aquaria.

There are some renovations work still going on during our visit. I hope they will put more aqua animals.maybe penguins like d one in Langkawi. N i think there should be more animal shows. There are piranha feeding time but we missed it..

Overall the kids enjoyed it! Best jugak being in KL while others get out from d town. Traffic is so clear..if n only if it maintains like this forever :)

KLCC park
Yesterday Mr Hubby was on MC. so he decided to take the kids to KLCC park while waiting for me. after finishing my task in the office, i went to the park. the weather was nice but little bit hot. i was walking for about 5 minutes and i was already sweating. memang musim panas kot sekarang ni. when i arrived, my two lil muchkins were chasing the birds. sungguh active. When they saw me, they ran towards me because i was holding a bottle of water. oohh...haus rupanya.

i'm so thirsty

Due to current weather, it is best to ensure that the kids have enough fluid in a day. I was lucky my kids have no issue drinking plain water compared to juices. i limit their juices intake to avoid tooth decay. the kids paed always remind us not to give Ribena to the kids, due to high level of sugar. Even Mr Hubby stopped drinking Ribena.
We introduced water to kids after they were 6months old. We will ensure the water is filtered thus its good to have a good water filtering system. Since my kids stays at my parents house during the day, we installed a water filter at my mom's house as well. Due to pollution and contamination that might have penetrated to the water system, the tap water is not safe for usage. although you have boiled it, it might only killed the bacteria but the contaminants might still be there unseen. Thus its better to get the water filtered. just my 2 cents.
What is eco friendly?
Several states in Malaysia already begun their No Plastic Campaigns. it is just a start to the whole new beginning to protect our mother Earth. There are so many different ways for us to do our part. Have you heard about Eco Friendly products? What is it all about?
What are Eco Friendly Products?
The environment that we live in is vital for our survival. How we treat the environment has a direct impact on the quality of our lives. A lot of awareness is being raised about eco friendly products. These eco friendly products are designed to keep the environment clean and green.
Eco friendly products are those goods and services that are manufactured in an environmental friendly manner. The production and use of these eco friendly products leave no negative impact on the environment.
Harmful effects of industries on the environment
For many years now, industries have been emitting harmful chemicals into the environment. These industries manufacture a variety of products that in turn cause more harm to the environment. These harmful gases and chemicals degrade the quality of air around us leading to air pollution. As a result many people fall victim to health complications such as asthma, allergies, respiratory diseases, and others. The main goal of eco friendly products is to create goods and services that are gentle on the environment.
Eco friendly products made of recycled materials
Eco friendly products are made with recycled materials that don’t exploit the already depleting resources of the planet. The main focus is to add to the environment and not take from the environment. Although our beautiful planet has much to give us, we cannot continue plundering the limited resources that are available. At this rate, there will be nothing left for the future generations. More and more people are becoming conscious of their roles as responsible citizens of the earth and purchasing eco friendly products that are made from recycled material. Several useful products are made from recycled plastic, recycled rubber, and many other common materials that we use every day.
Identifying eco friendly products
If you would like to transform your home into an eco friendly haven, and looking for the right, green products, you have a lot to look forward to. Not only are super markets and local shops full of eco friendly products, but so is the world of the internet. When it comes to buying eco friendly products from online stores, you will truly be spoiled for choice. From recycled paper to eco friendly bags, you have a huge array of green products to fill your home. Identifying an eco friendly product is easy; all you need to do is carefully read through the description of products that states whether they are organic, recycled, or completely natural. Descriptions on eco friendly products usually read as “hundred per cent organic,” “made from recycled materials,” or anything on those lines.
Creating eco friendly products
The process of creating eco friendly products is vital for the good quality of the environment. For a product to be eco friendly it must be made from organic materials. Recycled products such as organic cotton are made without the use of pesticides. Similarly any product that is made organically without using any sort of chemicals is said to be eco friendly. Eco friendly products are much the rage among environmentally conscious people who are eager to contribute towards a cleaner and greener planet.
Eco friendly products cut down on waste
One of the many positive outcomes of creating and using eco friendly products is that these don’t accumulate as harmful waste that fouls the air and the earth. Environmentally bad products such as plastic toys and battery-operated gadgets bring about a lot of harm to the environment when improperly dumped. Organic and recycled products cut down on the colossal waste that gets generated everyday around the world.
Eco friendly products are a first choice for environmentally conscious individuals looking for green goods and services to live a simple, fulfilling life.

Kak..mintak tolong..
My usual pit stop after lunch would be Cold Storage. ada je something to buy. or relatively speaking i need to buy something to munch after lunch :). Today, as i was browsing through the drink area, a petite lady approached me. Ini mesti nak promote barang, my heart said. oh , fikiran ku meleset sama sekali..rupa-rupanya.."Kak tolong ambilkan air Kacip Fatimah tu" she asked while pointing at the very top shelf. with an open heart, i reached the drink and passed it to her. jadi tinggi pun ada kelebihannya i.e. boleh tolong orang :)
